Adults’ 5-A-Side football takes place every Thursday evening. 

The adults table tennis club runs every Monday evening, all over 18s are welcome.

Gill’s Exercise Class is based around low intensity circuit training. This class features a warm up to music, approximately 30 minutes of circuit training then a cool down.

Tai Chi is a Chinese defence martial art with the aim of achieving strength and relaxation of body and mind.
