Gill's Exercise Class
Gill’s Exercise Class is based around low intensity circuit training. This class features a warm up to music, approximately 30 minutes of circuit training then a cool down and stretch out to aid/maintain flexibility. Total class time approximately 1 hour.
Whilst the primary focus of the session is on those who are a little older/less fit, all the exercises can be adapted to challenge those with a higher level of fitness. This class is for adults.
Monday morning 10am – 11am
We are sometimes unable to offer these classes every Monday. If you would like to join the class, please contact Gill Chilvers on email@example.com before attending to check when the class is running. Please note there are no classes on the 20th and 27th Feb, 13th and 27th March, 3rd and 24th of April, and the 22nd May.
The cost is £5 per session and all proceeds will go to the RTC.
