Tai Chi Yang Style

Tai Chi is a Chinese defence martial art with the aim of achieving strength and relaxation of body and mind. Tai Chi has benefits in improving posture, balance and co-ordination of the body. This activity at RTC is for 18 years and over.

Each session will be 1 hour, from 11am – 12pm

All levels are welcome, including beginners

It is recommended that the participants wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes or indoor (non-marking) trainers

The cost is £5/session payable by contactless method
