What is the Warm Hub Project?

‘Warm Hubs’ are places within the local community where people can be assured of finding a safe, warm and friendly environment in which to enjoy refreshments, social activity, information and advice and the company of other people.

March Soup & Pud Delivery

70 residents from across our community received our Soup & Pud delivery last week along with an activity pack from Age Uk Northumberland.

A big thank you to all of the volunteers who helped deliver such a successful Soup and Pud delivery and to Community Action Northumberland, Age Uk Northumberland, George Jennings Fruit & Veg, The Border Reiver and The Coach House Hotel.

Christmas Goodie Bags Delivery

We were delighted to hand out 70 goodie bags just before Christmas. Thank you to Age Concern, Warm Hubs and George Jennings Fruit & Veg for all of their donations to the bags, and to our lovely volunteers who helped fill them and deliver them.
